The Literature Times: What encourages you to become an Author?
Bhoopendra Shrivastava: I was encouraged to write the book when I saw that people are generally hesitant to join the English coaching or they don’t have time to do the coaching to improve their English skills. I also found out that people are also searching for a good English language book, so, I decided to give a solution to their problems and wrote this book by using my 14 years’ experience of teaching English grammar & spoken English. I have put all the important things together in this book, i.e. basic & advanced English grammar, spoken English expressions, idioms & proverbs, situational conversations and basic & advanced vocabulary. I have deep faith that the book (Quick Step English Grammar & Speaking Course) ends peoples’ quest for a good English language book.
The Literature Times: What are your favorite topics of writing? Please tell us something about your interest areas in the literature.

The punch line of the book, “a quest for perfection”, implies that everything in the book is explained in an easy language with perfection, and it ends your search for perfection in English language and helps you to master the language.

The Literature Times: How you see Indian writing in the 21st century? What changes do you see in the modern way of writing? Do you feel it has been changed by the time?
Bhoopendra Shrivastava: I think Indian writing in the 21st century is very rich and progressing very fast. Now we have many new and unique things to read, i.e. modern novels, dramas, motivational books, moral stories, and autobiographies and biographies. As far as the modern way of writing is concerned, many new writers have emerged and they have come up with different themes, styles, and genres that have changed the course of the writing in the 21st century. Yes, I feel that Indian writing has been changed over the period of time. Because, when we read the old and modern writing, we find the change clearly.
The Literature Times: How easy/ difficult it was for you to publish your book? What message would you like to give to budding authors?
Bhoopendra Shrivastava: To be honest, in the beginning it was very difficult for me to get my book published as I was searching for a traditional publisher to get the book published, but, I couldn’t find any. Then I came to know about self publishing and I searched for a good self publisher online. At last I found Evincepub publishing, located in Bilaspur (C.G.). I contacted with them and they cleared all my doubts and quaries regarding the publishing. Altogether, I can say that it was easy for me to get my book published by Evincepub publishing, as they provided me all necessary support to make it possible.
Actually I myself am a budding author as well. But if you insist, my message to budding authors is that keep on writing and inspire & influence people with your power of writing.
