The literature times: welcome to the literature times, author. Congratulations on the release of your book. What responses are you getting from your readers? Please share your experience with this book.
Dr. Rachana Dave: i am receiving an overwhelming response. People loved the fact that how improving gut health vegetarian and non-vegetarian people get enough nutrition from their diet. As book covers mainly the prevention and cure for vitamin b12 deficiency due to simply poor absorption. They come to fact that it’s nothing matters with non-vegetarians and vegetarians. The author has clearly differentiate that if there is some autoimmune disorder, stomach and intestine surgery, ageing then they have to take support from pills and injection. But people who has vitamin b12 deficiency due to poor eating habit and poor lifestyle it can be curable by using holistic approach.
