What’s your Zodiac Sign?
Do you know the positive or negative aspects of your Sign?
If not, then this book is for you. We all have different personalities, and we’re all connected through a star sign. Understanding yourselves and your beloved nature is always an absolute priority in any relationship. But sometimes, at a time of life, things get complicated between two personalities.
“Stars in You & Me” is a collection of 36 poems written under every zodiac symbol. Through the poetic expression, you will get three different verses for each zodiac. In these poems, your vision will be clearer to know about you and your companion personality, either your relationship is in the form of any family, friends or colleagues.
The author expressed the 12 different personalities of each zodiac and genres uniquely. It’s an exciting read that will hook you to the end.
Akhila Saroha: I would like to begin by congratulating you on the publication of “Stars in You and Me.” How has the response to the book been so far?
Shaheen Kazi: Thank you, Akhila. It’s always a pleasure to have a word with you.
When I shared this idea with my publisher Evincepub Publishing, the first response I received was “Awesome”. And when the book came out, people asked me, did I turn into an astrologer? A lot of people told me that it was like self-help for them after reading it. ‘So you see how people come from different perspectives, like our personalities.
Akhila Saroha: What led to the idea of writing “Stars in You and Me”? Were there any events that inspired the work?
Shaheen Kazi: An author’s pen never stops, and for that, the author needs to think uniformly about what they can write, which readers will love. After writing the BaabuBrown book, I was thinking to write something about different personalities. I have seen poems on several themes, but I have found nothing concerning personality. I am deeply interested in zodiac signs, so I wanted to write something about them. And from this thought, I began my research, and I dated Stars In You & Me.
Akhila Saroha: How easy or difficult was it for you to write on subjects that held relevance for all and remain objective about them in your story “Stars in You and Me”?
Shaheen Kazi: That’s the reason they are called Personalities. One thing is sure; all of us are related to certain signs of the zodiac. We each have our tempers and attitude. I wanted people to realize that sometimes it’s easy to lash out at each other, but do we understand their personalities or have we checked on us?
I would like to share one personal example here, my son and I share the same zodiac sign, but we have different personality patterns. Why? Because both of us are of the opposite gender. So there will still be differences due to our gender and certain similarities because we share the same zodiac. So there will be always relevance and objective between us both.
Akhila Saroha: What are your views about present-day writing? Do you think it does complete justice in depicting human nature in the light of “Stars in You and Me”?
Shaheen Kazi: Two different writing methods are available.
One is for you and the other for your readers.
Writing is the only bridge that connects with your readers. Of course, that depends on who has the pen. Each author’s got something to say. Only the ones that have ears can listen.
Yes, Stars In You & Me is entirely fair to everyone’s personality.
Akhila Saroha: “Stars in You and Me” shows the uniqueness of your writing style. Are there any authors that you enjoy reading or any books which are your favorites?
Shaheen Kazi: Oh, Wow, Akhila, thank you for your gracious words. I’m always proud to say I’m a vast Ruskin Bond fan. The way he hooks up readers until the end is what I love most about his writing. If I don’t have his book, my library is incomplete. I can never say which book I enjoyed reading of his or which one is my favorite. I would love to meet him one day; his books are very close to my heart. Ruskin Bond is the only author where I never read his BOOK ABOUT, before purchasing. His name on the book is enough for me.
Akhila Saroha: How would you categorize “Stars in You and Me” as its appeal seems to be to a broad audience?
Shaheen Kazi: I will only say that take a break from blaming each other in the relationship, grab the book of Stars and be curious to know something new about yourself and you’re beloved.
Akhila Saroha: “Stars in You and Me” has given a powerful introduction to your potential as a writer. Can the readers expect more from you in the future? Would you please share about your future projects?
Shaheen Kazi: Thank you, Akhila, for projecting my introduction in an eye-catching manner. Yes, my pen is consistently writing, so there are plenty of future projects for my readers.
Akhila Saroha: What is the story behind the title of your work, “Stars in You and Me”?
Shaheen Kazi: Hahaha, like I always say, I always write for my readers. The title of my previous books and their book covers always walked hand in hand with the content. While writing the Stars book, I wanted my readers to get the feeling of being connected. A question about which type of stars: so after opening the book, their first research will be about themselves (which connects you) and being a writer, I wrote a book about myself as well.
Akhila Saroha: How easy or difficult was it for you to write poetry on various zodiacs in “Stars in You and Me” and also maintain the light tone throughout?
Shaheen Kazi: The personality writing will be in the poetic form I thought of when I began my first draft. It is not like writing love poems, children’s poems, or any other kind of poem. It was not easy to write about personality and consistently keeping in mind the balance between positive and negative aspects.
Akhila Saroha: In the present time, poems featuring the subject in “Stars in You and Me” do not find much mention. What, according to you, could be the possible reason for that?
Shaheen Kazi: It depends on your level of interest. Most young people like to read about love, but your love poems can turn into sad poems if you know nothing about your beloved personality. So, as an author, I had attempted to find something unique. And I hope that, like Stars In You & Me, we can see many other books.
Akhila Saroha: If you were to describe your book “Stars in You and Me” in a few words without giving any spoilers, what would those words be?
Shaheen Kazi: Sweet People are born in_______? Open the page and pick up the stars.
Akhila Saroha: You have written three books before “Stars in You and Me.” Please share a little about them with the readers.
Shaheen Kazi: My debut novel got released in 2020. “AGE WAS JUST A NUMBER” was a romantic story for romance readers. Then, in 2021, “CUPIDS ARROW” came up with the essence of romantic poetry for various types of lovers. And then I came up for my cute audience, and I wrote the children’s book BAABUBROWN & HIS SCHOOL HOLIDAYS Vol: 1
Akhila Saroha: Thank you very much for sparing your time. I look forward to reading more books from you in the future. All the best.
Shaheen Kazi: Again, thank you, Akhila, for your enjoyable time. Look after yourself and remain blessed.
